Job Duties:
· Draft support letters, legal memos and evidence packets as part of the case preparation of US employment-based immigration petitions (O1A/B, P3, H1B, L1A/B, EB1A, NIW).
· Utilize software and legal automation technology to efficiently process multiple case files.
· Follow internal intake procedures after a client retains our firm.
· Effectively communicate and collaborate with Case Managers and Attorneys to complete assigned tasks.
· Conduct other quality checks.
· Utilize reports and data to prioritize work.
Education required:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law required.
Key qualifications:
· Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
· Prior experience in a role writing business or legal documents.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail, reliable, responsible and dependable.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize projects.
· Ability to learn new technology.
· Experience with US immigration is a plus but not necessary.
· Knowledge of the entertainment and technology industries is a plus but not necessary.
